Ok, so labor probably won’t erase your memory, but it can make you forget key things you’ve learned in childbirth education. After all, reading and experiencing are two different things. So what do you do if you find yourself in this situation?

While we advise you sign up with a doula ahead of timie, we also understand that you may not want one or feel the need for one until you see what labor’s like and we respect that and would like to help.
